Q1. What is virgin hair?
A1: Virgin hair is chemically unprocessed human hair, which is collected from a single donor (the donor could be Indian, Malaysian, Brazilian, etc). The virgin hair is remy hair that has not been altered by dyes, perms, bleaches, or harsh washes.
Q2. What is the difference between remy and non-remy hair?
A2: Remy hair is gathered from the head of donors/producers in such a way as to keep the hair’s cuticles properly aligned in relation to its neighboring hairs. This means the hair remains softer and silkier, and is useful in producing higher-quality wigs, extensions and hairpieces.
Remy hair is not necessarily virgin hair, since it may be colored or permed. Its defining features are an intact cuticle and the manner in which it was harvested.
Non-remy hair is the left over hair that in most cases is gathered from the floors of temples and salons then recycled to make a weft. The hair cuticles are facing various directions, which causes the hair to tangle and matte quite easily. This hair is often found in beauty supply stores and is less likely to be used for more than one install.

Q3. Is there a shedding?
A3: Minimally, no hair is absolutely perfect (Any company who states this phrase, as sales pitch is not being honest. Our company is an honest supplier). We have reinforced machine wefting, to minimize shedding to nearly none. You may see a few strands here or there, but nothing troubling. The most effective way to avoid shedding is by sealing the wefts before install.
Q4. How to deal with the odor?
A5: All our hair has been carefully washed and conditioned before packing. Most of our customers find no odor. For few customers sensitive to the conditioner smell, please donot worry about this, after co-washing and nursing it for some times, the odor will disappear.
Q5. How long does it last?
A5: For hair in such high quality, it may last for more than one year under proper care and nurse.
Q6.How do I track my order?
A6: You will receive an email with your tracking number announcing that your order has been shipped. You may sign in to your PayPal account and you will have the ability to review all of your past orders placed with us. By clicking on the order number you will find specific details, such as order status, for that order.

Q8. Where can orders be shipped?
A8: We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder. In most cases, when a buyer’s credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same, the address is considered confirmed.
Q9. How long does it take before an order is shipped and received?
A9: Upon confirmation of a cleared payment, orders are processed the same day if before 11am or at the latest the very next work day. Orders are then shipped with an estimated delivery time of 3 – 5 business days.
Q10. How do I get my curly hair not to be frizzy?
A10: Curly hair takes a bit more upkeep than straight/wavy hair. Co-wash(Washing your hair w/ just conditioner) every 2-3 days, spraying it with John Freda Frizz Ease Dream Curls, combing it out w/ a paddle brush, and let the hair air dry, the curls will allow the hair to dry with no frizz.
Q11. What products can I use on this hair?
A11: We recommend: Dove Intensive Repair conditioner, One ‘n only Argan Oil moisture repair conditioner and oil treatment, Miracle 7 leave-in conditioner, Suave clarifying shampoo.
